Due to the nature of electronic goods there are very few situations where we provide refunds, as stated in our Terms and Conditions. The best case for receiving a refund for a module is if you haven't downloaded it yet. If you have already downloaded the product from our store, these are the reasons we may provide a refund:
- The module contains a bug that we cannot fix in a timely manner.
- You have accidentally purchased two copies of a module or import tool.
