Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of electronic goods there are very few situations where we provide refunds, as stated in our Terms and Conditions. The best case for receiving a refund for a module is if you haven't downloaded it yet. If you have already downloaded the product from our store, these are the reasons we may provide a refund:

  1. The module contains a bug that we cannot fix in a timely manner.
  2. You have accidentally purchased two copies of a module or import tool.
If you purchased the wrong import tool, we can offer an exchange between XML and CSV Import PRO, or an upgrade discount from XML or CSV Import PRO to Total Import PRO, or from Total Import PRO to Auto Import.
